2015 – Classes: General Information & Terms

*Class fees are subject to change.  I make every effort to keep the information in the class listing current.  Please email me with any questions.

A minimum of 4 students is required to hold any class.  (see Alternate Location for exceptions)

Class fees are to be paid no later than one week prior to the scheduled class date or at the time of class with my prior approval.

The class fee includes the templates required to complete the class project. Optional templates & tools are not covered by the class fee.  For students who already own the required templates, please contact me no later than one week prior to class for a reduce class fee. Fees will not be reduced at the time of class.

Cash or check payable to Patty Gallmeyer.

An additional $5 Drop-In Fee is charged to any student not on the class roster.

Refunds are generally not given except in extenuating circumstances.

Class cancellations will be posted on the Walnut Street Quilts blog

The shop in my area is Prairie Points Quilt Shop in Peoria, Illinois. Classes will be held at Prairie Points unless:
▪ there is a scheduling conflict with Prairie Points
▪ an alternate location is available
▪ the person(s) or group requesting the class desire an alternate location (club, group,or guild)
▪ the class is requested by another quilt shop

Classes at Alternate Location 
(Clubs, Groups, & Guilds)

Any Room Fees/Charges will be paid by the persons or group requesting the class.

IRS Standard Milage Rates for locations farther than 30 miles from my home will be paid by the persons or group requesting the class.

All hotel fees and/or airfare will be paid by the group requesting the class. A non-smoking, pet-free host home is acceptable.

A minimum of 10 people are required to hold a class.
